Limitation of Liability on laristoto

We at laristoto provide the platform "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability, accuracy of odds, or absence of errors. We maintain high uptime standards and security practices, but we do not guarantee zero downtime, zero hacks, or zero data loss. We carry cyber insurance and maintain disaster-recovery procedures; however, our liability for platform unavailability, data breaches, or technical errors is limited to refund of the transaction in question, not any consequential damages (lost winnings, emotional distress, lost opportunity).
